Experience with The Framework for Teaching
Since 1999 Gayla Moilanen has worked closely with Charlotte Danielson and has delivered training and consulting services around the Framework for Teaching in a variety of applications. She currently serves as a national educational consultant and trainer, delivering Framework Observation training and teacher evaluation program consultations based on the Framework.

Professional Experience
Gayla has been involved in educational professional development for administrators and teachers for the past 16 years. Prior to that, she was a high school business educator for 20 years as well as a central-office administrator in staff development and training for one of the largest school districts in the country. She has been the designer, presenter, and facilitator for numerous leadership seminars including teacher performance evaluation, organizational change and transition, presentation and facilitation skills, teambuilding, interpersonal skills, leadership effectiveness, and conflict management. She has been a keynote speaker and a presenter at national conferences.
