Experience with The Framework for Teaching
Candi has served as a consultant, assisting school districts and state service agencies around the country in using The Framework for Teaching as a foundation for the development of teacher evaluation systems, professional growth plans and models for teacher collaboration. She has also presented at national conferences on the topic of teacher evaluation and served as a national trainer for the Educational Testing Service, delivering programs based on The Framework for Teaching. She has collaborated with Charlotte Danielson in the development of a satellite learning program, and training programs for classroom observation and teacher leadership.

Professional Experience
Candi began her career in education as a classroom teacher. As an educator and teacher leader, she designed and delivered professional development for teachers, participated in curriculum planning and served as a mentor and peer coach.  Candi also served as an adjunct faculty member at Nazareth College, supervising graduate students during their field experiences in the education degree program.

Currently, Candi provides consultation, facilitation and training, customized to meet local school improvement initiatives related to teacher quality and professional learning. She has extensive experience working with educators at all levels, helping them work through the many challenges they face throughout the stages of planning and implementation of school change. Candi's work with schools demonstrates her commitment to meeting the needs of students by improving professional practice and providing opportunities for ongoing reflection and collaboration.
