Experience with The Framework for Teaching
Bridget works with international schools and educational organizations to provide in-depth support training for initiatives developed to improve professional practice and learning. Based in the Middle East, she provides facilitation, training and implementation planning to support schools developing evaluation and professional growth programs based on the Framework for Teaching. Bridget has presented with Charlotte Danielson and has developed a Framework based graduate level course for Buffalo State SUNY‘s International Graduate Programs. She is presently engaged in a program of piloting a web-based system of teacher-directed professional growth around The Framework for Teaching.

Professional Experience
Bridget has 30 years of experience as an educator. She has worked as a teacher at the elementary, middle and high school levels and as a K-12 curriculum coordinator and staff developer. She has worked with international schools in the east Asia and the middle east, and was a member of the Near East-South Asia Professional Development Advisory Committee. She has been a presenter at NESA and EARCOS conferences. Now based in Bahrain she serves as a consultant for International Schools Services (ISS) facilitating numerous projects related to curriculum development, standards-based assessment, grading, and reporting, and developing appraisal and supervision systems around The Framework for Teaching. In addition to her work with the Danielson Group she serves as an adjunct professor in Buffalo State SUNY‘s International Graduate Programs.
