Experience with The Framework for Teaching
Audrey has assisted a great number of schools and districts implement different programs using The Framework for Teaching.  She has worked with joint union/management teams in developing teacher evaluation systems and new teacher mentoring programs.  In addition, she has worked with administrative and teacher teams to strengthen observation practices and improve the feedback teachers receive.  Audrey was authorized by the Educational Testing Service, in Princeton, New Jersey to deliver their Danielson/Pathwise workshops.

Professional Experience
Audrey Soglin taught for 25 years in Evanston, Illinois.  She taught both self-contained Special Education and regular education grades K – 5.  Ms. Soglin also worked in a staff development capacity in her district working with teachers to implement the Everyday Math Program.  She has been featured in staff development videotapes by Everyday Math and Teachscape.  Audrey in her capacity as Executive Director of the Consortium for Educational Change currently works for the Illinois Education Association addressing the issues of professional development and accountability.  She works with large urban districts, suburban districts as well as small rural districts.
